STA Telecom Services is a telecom consulting organization.  Our goal is to provide the highest level of consulting services to our clients.   STA does not take a fee for evaluation services.  STA earns revenue from the numerous partners we place our clients with.  We are your one stop shop.

STA Telecom develops an ongoing communication with our customer’s and proactively presents options based on the customer’s needs (i.e. optimizing service plan rates, managing fixed voice, data and wireless plans.)  Final service solutions are determined by our clients and STA.  We also provide complimentary Telecom Audit Services for the first 3 invoices to ensure our customer’s expectations are being met by the vendor.

STA (formally NTC Telecommunications Consultants) was established in 1984.  We have assisted hundreds of SMB and enterprise businesses with reducing their Telecom Expenses.  We are committed to learning about vendor’s new products and how they can assist you.

STA TELECOM AUDITING SERVICES

STA has been reviewing telephone bills over 27 years.  When we first began auditing bills, we found that slightly more than 50% contained errors.  Last year we discovered over 65% of invoices contained errors and almost all were in favor of our clients.

STA has proven successful at recovering credits ranging from $100.00 to over $20,000.00 for our clients.  In one case, we recovered $235.000.00 for one happy STA client.

As a result of finding such a high percentage of errors last year, we have decided to expand our services by focusing on our Telecommunications Auditing Service.

We now propose our auditing services as an annual service to be performed quarterly.  We will examine invoices from equipment vendors, local and long distance companies, internet bandwidth and cellular companies.  Upon completion of our audit

STA will advise management of billing errors and assist with the processes of retrieving credits due.
